Phase I: Introductory Eligibility Check
Service Fee: 200€
We understand that applying abroad can feel overwhelming – that’s why we’ve separated the process in manageable phases, giving you full control at every step!
What You Get in Phase I:
Complete Eligibility Assessment
- We review your school certificates or university degrees to see if you meet the admission standards for German universities
Language Requirements Check:
- We confirm if you meet university entry requirements or suggest alternative pathways if needed
Preliminary University Matching
- We recommend up to four (4) tuition-free state universities or private universities based on your profile
Language Proficiency:
- We assess your current level and recommend the required courses or exams (e.g., IELTS, TestDaF) if needed for successful admission.
Documents to Submit:
- BA Applicants: O & A level certificates and transcripts.
- MA Applicants: Bachelor's degree certificates and transcripts.
- PhD Applicants: Send us an email to j.godfrey@gai-edu.eu
- All Applicants: Attach a Europass CV - and area of study.

WHAT YOU GET IN PHASE II
The University Onboard End-to-End (ETE) for International Students offers full support from application to guaranteed university admission. Phase I| (400€) focuses on grade conversion, obtaining necessary certificates, and resolving university-specific requirements.
WHAT YOU GET IN PHASE III
Phase III (400€) covers motivation letters, application submission, admission processing, and post-admission support including visa, travel, health insurance, accommodation, and on-ground orientation in Germany.
